Trip to Innsbruck, Austria, and Munich, Germany
PTOS is sponsoring an 8-11 day trip to Innsbruck, Austria, and Munich Germany. For skiing and touring of the local area.
WHEN: March 19-27, 2009 OR March 19-30, 2009, depending on the trip package. Only 42 spaces available >> $1,385 or $1,680 per person, double occupancy.
WHERE: Innsbruck, Austria for 8 days OR Innsbruck, Austria and Munich, Germany for 11 days
Who can go: Sign up is exclusively for PTOS and their families until Monday, September 22nd, 2008. After Monday, September 22nd, participation is open to anyone.
Trip A: $1,385 per person, based on double occupancy (2 to a room). Includes round trip air from Washington Dulles to Munich, Germany and bus transportation from Munich to Innsbruck; 7 nights hotel room and round trip transfers from Munich Airport to the hotel and breakfast daily. Includes meet and greet dinner in the DC area prior to trip. No other activities are included in this price (no day trips). Cost per person in a single room is an additional $295.00, or $1,680.00
Trip B: $1,680 per person, based on double occupancy (2 to a room). Includes round trip air from Washington Dulles to Munich, Germany and bus transportation from Munich to Innsbruck; 7 nights hotel room and breakfast daily and transportation to Munich; 3 nights hotel room and breakfast daily and private motor coach to Munich airport. Includes meet and greet dinner in the DC area prior to trip. No other activities are included in this price (no day trips). Cost per person in a single room is an additional $421.00, or $2,101.00
Accommodations:
Innsbruck: Hotel Innsbruck (4 star). Located in the center of Innsbruck, just behind the famous Golden Roof. One side of the hotel overlooks the river and mountains and the other side the Old Town Center. Hotel Features: bar with internet access, swimming pool, sauna, fitness and relaxation rooms.

Munich: Kings Hotel Center (3 Star). Located in the City Center. Hotel Features: bar, internet in rooms, satellite TV, 3 minutes from train station.

Travel: Round trip airline service from Dulles direct to Munich Germany.

Trip A: Bus transportation from Hotel Innsbruck on March 27th to Munich airport. Depart Munich airport for Washington/Dulles March 27th @ 9:35 a.m. Arrives Washington/Dulles @ 2:10 p.m.
Trip B: Bus transportation from Hotel Innsbruck to Kings Hotel Center on March 27th and bus transportation from Kings Hotel Center on March 30th to Munich airport. Depart Munich airport for Washington/Dulles March 30th @ 9:35 a.m. Arrives Washington/Dulles @ 2:10 p.m.
Deposit Schedule: $550.00 non-refundable payment due with reservation by October 3, 2008
Remaining cost of trip due no later than November 21, 2008.

Miscellaneous:
1. The cost of the trip does not include any tours although some day trips and other local tours will be available.
2. Room assignments available upon request.
3. US Passport is required for entry into Germany and Innsbruck and to return to the USA.
4. All times are tentative and may change due to changes in flight times.
5. Trip insurance is not included with the cost of the trip; it is an additional 6%.
