Join us Tuesday April 27th @ 7pm EST via Zoom to learn the Chef’s secrets for making the notoriously tricky
– and notoriously delicious – Spanish national dish! Additionally, Chef Danny will mail a paella essentials kit right to your door so you can cook like a pro.
** FINE PRINT ** Participants receive a 1-hour, personal tutorial in the fine art of paella from the world-renowned chef, who hails from Valencia, the cradle of the famous dish. This Zoom class will be broadcast from Xiquet’s wood-fire kitchen with Zoom links given approximately 24 hours prior to class. Additionally, a paella essentials kit will be delivered to your door to use with the Chef’s recipe. NOTE: Perishable/common food items will not be shipped and those must be sourced yourself. An email containing quantities and preparation instructions for the participant-sourced ingredients will be sent out at the reservation deadline date.
Paella Essentials kit:
1 bottle of Los Aljibes Olive Oil 500ml., 1 kilo of Tartana Bomba Rice, 70g Las Hermanas Sweet Paprika, 1g Afgan Saffron
Participant-Sourced Ingredients List:
Chicken, Green Beans, Red Bell Pepper, Cauliflower, Tomato, Salt, Chicken Stock
