PTOS is sponsoring an 8-day (7 night) trip to Innsbruck, Austria on March 18-26, 2007, for skiing and touring.

Who can go: Sign up is exclusively for USPTO employees and their families until December 1, 2006.  After December 1st, participation is open to anyone.

COST: $1,000 per person, based on double occupancy (2 to a room).  Includes round-trip air and bus transportation (Washington Dulles to Innsbruck and return via United Airlines); 7 nights hotel room and round-trip transfers from Munich Airport to the hotel and breakfast daily.  No other activities are included in this price (no day trips).  Cost per person in a single room is $1,150.

Accommodations: Hotel Tautermann.  Located across the river and close to the old city of Innsbruck. 

Travel: Round-trip airline service from Dulles direct to Munich Germany,
Depart Washington/Dulles @ 6:04 p.m.  Arrives Munich @ 7:10 a.m, (March 19, 2007)
Collect baggage, board a bus for Innsbruck. 
Arrive Innsbruck approximately noon on the 19th

Depart Innsbruck about 6:30 AM March 26th, board aircraft for Washington, Dulles @ 11:30 AM
Arrives Washington/Dulles @ 4:00 p.m.

Deposit Schedule: $500.00 Payment due with reservation. 
Remaining cost of trip due no later than February 01, 2007.

2. US Passport is required for entry into Germany and Innsbruck and to return to the USA.
